Call for Paper on Topic "Machine Learning Based Techniques for Image and Video Processing"

Machine learning-based techniques have been widely used in various computer vision, automation, image, and video processing applications, leading to leapfrogging improvements in performance. Nevertheless, because of the complex scenarios of the real world (e.g., noise, occlusion, deformation, etc.), achieving high performance in image classification, target detection & recognition, video tracking, etc. still remains a challenge.

We established a topic of machine learning based techniques for image and video processing to gather researchers here to demonstrate the latest research and approaches regarding various aspects of image and video processing in the era of Big Data.

Once you have suitable materials (potential topics include but are not limited to image classification, object detection and recognition from images, and image segmentation tasks) you may send your manuscript either now or in the future. Submitted papers should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. (Online submission system: http://ojs.ejournal.net/index.php/joig/submissions)

Thank you very much for your consideration. We would be glad to receive a contribution from you and we look forward to seeing you at /JOIG/.
